Engagement and billing flexibility
Either company may enter into engagements and issue invoices. There is no fixed split by territory or service. The relevant company is identified in the proposal, order, agreement or invoice. If you need confirmation of the contracting company before placing an order or paying an invoice, contact us. Using a shared brand does not automatically make both companies parties to an engagement or transfer an existing contract.
Privacy responsibility
Controller responsibility follows the processing each company determines, not simply the country of a visitor or the company receiving payment. The Privacy Policy explains this and gives a single contact for rights requests. AI Chain Consulting LLC remains the operator of the existing US SMS program described in the SMS Terms.
