Website use and service agreements

These terms explain use of rayneai.com and RayneAI-branded websites that link to this page. RayneAI is a trading brand used by AI Chain Consulting LLC and Rayne Enterprises LTD; both companies are listed below. These website provisions supplement the existing SMS Terms and do not replace an agreed customer contract.

Either operating company may contract for or invoice services; no fixed territorial or product allocation is implied. Your proposal, order, agreement or invoice identifies the relevant company. A shared brand does not automatically make both companies parties to the same contract, transfer an existing contract, or make one liable for the other’s obligations. Contact office@rayneai.com if you need the contracting identity clarified before proceeding.

Website information and enquiries

The website provides general information about RayneAI’s AI infrastructure, implementation, software and related services. An enquiry, demo, audit request or booking does not itself create a paid engagement. Availability, scope, deliverables, implementation dates, integrations, usage allowances, support, service levels, fees and payment arrangements must be set out in the relevant written proposal or service agreement. Examples and estimates do not guarantee a particular commercial result.

Commercial terms remain engagement-specific

Ownership of deliverables, licences, third-party dependencies, confidentiality, data-processing obligations, payment schedules, renewals, cancellation, refunds, support, liability and dispute arrangements are governed by the relevant agreement and applicable law. These website provisions do not introduce a new subscription, cancellation charge, blanket no-refund policy, transfer of client intellectual property or waiver of mandatory rights. If an existing signed agreement conflicts with general website wording, the agreement governs its subject matter to the extent permitted by law.

Appropriate use

Use the websites lawfully and provide information you are authorised to share. Do not misuse forms, impersonate someone else, attempt unauthorised access, distribute malicious code, or interfere with site operation. Do not submit unnecessary sensitive information or another person’s information without an appropriate basis. Technical restrictions do not grant a right to bypass security or access private services.

Website materials and external services

Website text, design, branding and other materials remain subject to their owners’ intellectual-property rights. You may view and use the site for legitimate evaluation and business communication; no broader commercial reuse licence is granted by website access alone. Client deliverable rights remain governed by the relevant agreement. External platforms and payment or scheduling providers operate under their own applicable terms and privacy notices.

AI-generated material and availability

AI-generated responses and illustrative website content can contain errors. Verify information that matters to a decision and contact the team for confirmation of proposed work. Website information is not a substitute for regulated professional advice. We may maintain or update websites and cannot promise uninterrupted availability. Nothing here excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Privacy and marketing choices

The Privacy Policy explains controller responsibilities, information use, tracking and privacy rights. The Cookies & Tracking Notice gives further tracking information. Viewing the website, accepting website terms, supplying a telephone number or entering a service agreement does not itself provide SMS marketing consent. The separate SMS Terms below apply only where the user affirmatively opts into the stated program.

Contact and updates

Send website, service, billing and policy enquiries to office@rayneai.com. Changes to general website wording do not retrospectively rewrite an existing signed engagement or remove mandatory statutory rights. Any change requiring notice, agreement or renewed consent must follow the applicable requirements.

SMS Terms

These terms apply to the RayneAI SMS marketing program operated by AI Chain Consulting LLC, trading as RayneAI, 1209 Mountain Rd Pl NE, Albuquerque, NM 87110, United States. Contact: office@rayneai.com.

Program and consent

When you separately opt in, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from RayneAI at the number you provide about our speed-to-lead infrastructure services, including follow-up on your inquiry, demo invitations, and promotional offers. SMS may be used as a fallback when other contact methods do not connect. Consent is not a condition of purchase, booking a demo, or submitting an inquiry. Providing a phone number alone does not constitute SMS consent.

Frequency and charges

Message frequency varies based on your inquiry, interactions, and our follow-up program. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier’s plan determines any charges.

Opt out

Reply STOP to any program text to unsubscribe. You may receive one final confirmation of your opt-out. After opting out, you will not receive further marketing texts through this program unless you provide new consent. You can also request removal by emailing office@rayneai.com. Email and SMS preferences are managed separately.

Help and delivery

Reply HELP for help or email office@rayneai.com. Delivery depends on your carrier and network availability and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Notify us if you change or relinquish the number you enrolled, and enroll only a number you are authorized to use.

Privacy

See our Privacy Policy for details about information handling. Mobile information and SMS consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Providers may process information on our behalf to deliver and support our own messaging program.

Company-wide context

RayneAI is used by both AI Chain Consulting LLC and Rayne Enterprises LTD. The SMS program described above continues to be operated by AI Chain Consulting LLC. The UK company’s inclusion in the company-wide Privacy Policy does not transfer SMS consent or make it an additional sender. Both companies’ details are listed in the Company Information page.
